As a Fall 2022 co-op, Harish has been a valuable contributor to the Generac Clean Energy team and I've been impressed by his creativity, professionalism and work ethic. He is a quick learner, works independently on assigned tasks, then shares the results with other team members for feedback. He takes feedback well and incorporates it into his work to improve the results. I have enjoyed having him on the team, and wish him the best in the future!

Harish has been an excellent team member at Generac Clean Energy Solutions during his co-op. He works hard, communicates well, and actively contributes not only through his own tasks but also through collaboration with the team. He is reliable and has been a great resource on our project this fall. I am sure Harish will be a valued colleague in his future endeavors as well!

Harish overcame adversity in many situations and his drive to see succeed left a great impression on me. He routinely displayed the dedication to overcome issues with creation and presentations of creative ideas/concepts. While his drive to produce ideas of his own is great! His willingness to seek guidance and discuss with other allowed him to continue his professional development during his time at Generac.

I had the pleasure working with Harish during his co-op. He designed sheet metal parts, performed a thorough FEA analysis and was excellent in presenting his report with engineering fundamentals. I found him hardworking, goal oriented with attention to details. I would recommend Harish as I am sure he will be a valuable contributor for the team and I wish him all the best for his future.

I worked with Harish at Generac Clean Energy during is co-op term in the Fall of 2022. We worked together on the new product development team in South Portland, ME. He came to us with several years of engineering experience already and was eager to learn as much as he could about our current products and the newest items in development.

Harish was very thorough in his engineering work - he performed in-depth FEA analyses for sheet metal components that helped us make informed design decisions. He participated in meetings with our external vendors to relay his expertise and results with the vendors. Alongside this, he also performed CFD simulations in SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation for air cooling electronic components the influenced design components.

I am impressed with his ability to always go back to engineering fundamentals of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and material science to inform his decisions. It is clear he is a high-performing engineer and is able to tackle questions that arise in the mechanical design engineering environment or product development.

I would recommend Harish to anyone who is looking for a mechanical engineer who is eager to learn, easy to work with, and always ready to take on what's next.
