Mechanical Engineer I

● Led integration of MES, robotic screwdrivers, bit socket trays, and PLCs for a new manufacturing line; designed, prototyped, and implemented improved fixtures, developed comprehensive work instructions, and co-audited a successful FAT validating the process for quality, safety, data integrity, and scale-up.

● Engineered a custom EMI solution for a battery management unit to enhance shielding (5dB noise reduction), thermal venting (3°C temperature drop), and minimize PCB strain (<500 με).

Teaching Assistant

● Taught ME 2350. Statics course as a teaching assistant under Professor Kai-Wan Tak in spring 2023
● Taught ME 3475. Fluid Mechanics course as a teaching assistant under Professor Kai-Wan Tak and Associate Teaching Professor Mehdi Abedi in the summer of 2023.

Mechanical Engineering co-op

● Designed a functional elongated hexagonal perforated panel for an aesthetic look on the exteriors of the module
● Calculated the exhaust air thrust and performed FEA on different designed patterns on the exhaust manifold

System Engineer

● Developed automation scripts for data handling CITI Bank’s payment methods using Python and SQL.
● Automated payment methods RTGS and NEFT seamlessly using the previous transaction data of customers.

Mechanical Engineering Intern

● Investigated IRSA-600 type slack adjusters used for break rigging of Freight stock in Indian Railways.
● Proposed modifications to the existing model to improve the lifetime using SolidWorks.

• Fielded and documented gas turbine, combustion chamber, steam turbine, and heat recovery system.
Designed and Analyzed a gas turbine blade to determine the best composite material.
